Our Company

One partner across the full life of a building.

Cusolito Property Solutions was founded in Dallas, Texas in 2023, on a simple principle: property owners deserve a single accountable partner across construction and ongoing facility care — not a chain of disconnected vendors. That idea shapes everything we do.

Dallas, Texas · Industry experience since 2015 · Founded Cusolito in 2023

Jonathan founded Cusolito Property Solutions to close the gap that frustrates most property owners: the handoff between the team that builds a building and the team that maintains it. With hands-on industry experience since 2015, he leads with direct involvement and a long-term property mindset.

From commercial construction and facility services in Dallas to disaster-response availability across Texas, Florida, and Massachusetts, the standard Jonathan sets is the same: do what you said you'd do, document it, and stay accountable for it — long after the project is complete.

That direct accountability is why clients stay. There is no diluted responsibility, no rotating point of contact, and no gap between the team that knows your building and the team that keeps it running.

How We Work

Three principles that define Cusolito.

Client-first philosophy

Every project starts with what the owner actually needs — not a predetermined scope. Recommendations follow the property, not the invoice.

Construction and facility lifecycle thinking

Decisions made during construction are made with the building's long-term performance in mind, because the same team may be maintaining it for years.

Direct accountability

One partner owns the outcome — from the first scope conversation through ongoing facility care. No handoff gap, no diluted responsibility.

The Lifecycle Thinking

Built today. Maintained for years.

Most construction companies build and leave. Most maintenance companies inherit a building they didn't build and don't fully understand. Cusolito is structured to do both — so the decisions made during construction are made with the building's long-term performance in mind, and the team maintaining it already knows the systems, the site, and the standards.

  • One accountable partner from project delivery to long-term facility care
  • Construction decisions made with maintenance in mind
  • No handoff gap between builder and long-term facility support partner
  • Documented facility conditions that compound in value over time
FAQs

Common questions, straight answers.

Does Cusolito handle both construction and ongoing facility maintenance?

Yes. Cusolito is built around a single-partner model — we can deliver construction or renovation and then remain on the property for preventive maintenance, oversight, and long-term facility care. Not every client uses both, but the option removes the usual handoff gap between builder and facility operator.

What types of properties does Cusolito support?

Commercial properties, residential estates, government agencies, and prime contractors. Our focus is long-term commercial and facility support; residential renovation is available but does not dominate our practice.

Where is Cusolito based, and what area do you serve?

Cusolito is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and serves the Greater DFW area and the broader Texas service territory. Disaster response extends to Texas, Florida, and Massachusetts.

Is Cusolito a property management company in the real-estate brokerage sense?

No. Our property support covers physical oversight, maintenance coordination, inspections, repair coordination, vendor coordination, and improvement projects. We do not provide brokerage, tenant placement, leasing, or regulated trust-account management.

Can Cusolito support government and prime-contractor requirements?

Yes. Cusolito holds CAGE 155V4 and UEI E3HVSJ2UGM23, with a primary NAICS of 236220. We support contracting officers, facility managers, public works personnel, and prime contractors across facility, construction, and maintenance requirements. References are available upon request.

How do I start a project or request facility support?

Use the Start a Project form for construction opportunities, the Discuss Facility Support form for ongoing facility programs, or the Request Property Support form for property oversight. You can also call our Dallas office directly during business hours.
